The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc is a medium-bodied white wine with good balance and a crisp palette. Our 08 Sauv Blanc has hints of light toast and apple. The grapes come entirely from Kartsioukas Vineyard, located in the Templeton area of the Paso Robles appellation.
